Community Reminder!

Weeds/Lawn Maintenance

Spring is finally here and we are all excited to get outside and enjoy the nice weather! Please make sure that you are keeping up with things all around the outside of your homes. Weeds will soon become a large issue, so it’s important to keep your lawn maintained regularly. Make sure that once mowing season arrives, you are keeping up on your lawn.

Parking/Inoperable Vehicles

Now that the weather is warming up, more kids will be outside playing, and cars are the last thing on a child’s mind. It is up to us to make sure we are watching out for them. Please do NOT park on the side of the street as it makes it difficult to see around cars. Please be sure to remove inoperable vehicles from your driveway as well as from the side of the street. These are huge eyesores and makes the community look less appealing. Please fix your vehicle or remove it from the community to another storage location.

Algae

One last item that needs to be addressed is the algae on the side of your home. The best way to get rid of algae is to use a power washer. Keeping your home well maintained will help improve the curb appeal in the community and ultimately create a cleaner, more welcoming neighborhood.
